Technology
Tired of having blurry vision after having your eyes are dilated? Using the Maestro, the latest in retinal imaging technology, our doctors are able to evaluate the health of the inside of your eyes, often without the need for dilation. This device not only captures images of the structures inside the eyes, including the retina, optic nerve, blood vessels and macula, but also evaluates the health of these structures. This cutting edge technology is fundamental for patients with ocular disease such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma and macular degeneration and provides a permanent record of your ocular health. Our doctors recommend this test for all patients to provide baseline information to compare to future visits.
We also have the latest in a virtual visual field testing which tests peripheral vision. This test is especially important for patients being monitored for glaucoma.
